1. General provisions

 

1.1. The administrator of personal data collected via the Online Store is HTP Cables sp. z o.o. conducting business activity under the name HTP Cables sp. z o.o. Orzechowa 5, 80-175 Gdańsk) entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister competent for economy, KRS 0000946320, NIP 5833443735, REGON 520974165, e-mail address: office@ htpcables.pl, contact phone number: +48 58 380 33 33 (fee as for a standard connection - according to the price list of the relevant operator) - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.

1.2. The personal data of the Service Recipient (Customer) are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Electronic Services Act of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

1.3. The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing inconsistent with these purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows the identification of the persons they concern, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

1.4. All words, phrases and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Online Store Regulations.

 

2. Purpose and scope of data collection

 

2.1. The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is:

2.1.1. establishing, shaping the content, changing, performing or terminating the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service Recipient (Client) consisting in the provision of Electronic Services via the Online Store or the conclusion and performance of the Product Sales Agreement and their delivery to the Customer.

2.1.2. documenting the contractual relations referred to in point 2.1.1. for evidence purposes for the period of limitation of related claims.

2.2. In the case of Customers who use the service of delivery of the Product to the Customer, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of Customers to the extent necessary for the delivery to the selected carrier:

2.2.3. InPost Express Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków (address of the registered office: ul. Malborska 130, 30-624 Kraków) number in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register: 0000543759.

2.2.4. InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków (address of the registered office: ul. Malborska 130, 30-624 Kraków) number in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register: 0000255841.

2.3. . The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients (Clients): name and surname; e-mail address; contact phone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, province, country).     2.4. Providing personal data referred to in point 2.4. is necessary for the Service Provider to provide Electronic Services as part of the Online Store or to conclude a Product Sales Agreement.

2.5. The Administrator automatically collects data contained in Cookies when using the Online Store website. The subject has been discussed in detail in the section: Cookies Policy.

 

3. Basis for data processing

 

3.1. Using the Online Store and concluding contracts for the provision of Electronic Services through the Online Store or Product Sales Agreements, which involves the need to provide personal data, is completely voluntary. The data subject independently decides whether he wants to start using the Electronic Services provided by the Service Provider or conclude a Sales Agreement in accordance with the Store Regulations.

3.2. According to Art. 23 of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), data processing is allowed, among others When:

3.2.1. the data subject consents to it, unless it concerns the deletion of data concerning him.

3.2.2. it is necessary for the performance of the contract when the data subject is a party to it or when it is necessary to take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject.

3.3. The processing of personal data by the Administrator always takes place within the framework of the admissibility of their processing listed in point 3.2. Privacy Policy. Data processing will be related to the performance of the contract or the need to take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject (point 3.2.2.). In addition, before concluding contracts for the provision of Electronic Services available through the Online Store, the future Service Recipient (Client) is informed about the need to accept the Regulations.

 

4. The right to control, access and correct your data

 

4.1. The Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and correct them.

4.2. Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to:

4.2.1. Demands to supplement, update, rectify personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

5. Final Provisions

 

5.1. The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The administrator is not responsible for the privacy rules applicable on these websites. The administrator encourages you to read the privacy policy set out there after going to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to the Online Store.

5.2. The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data being processed appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects data against unauthorized access, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.

5.3. The Service Provider provides the following technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data sent electronically:

5.3.3. Access to the Account only after providing an individual login and password created by the Service Recipient.

5.4. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Regulations of the Online Store and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
